Right folks, as I've said before you can check the materials - which I've linked in the appropriate thread - to the players handbook. This spells out how to level up. Mostly, it's rolling your Hit Dice to add to your total HP, and whatever spells/class features are available at your new level.
Each class has a referred Hit Dice average. On this, however, I'm going to let you all roll your own dice.

He's just having a hard time adjusting to all this. He used to be the leader, and what he said goes. Give him some time to learn to be a part of a team. He's not the sharpest crayon in the box. Just bear with him.
