Right-o.
I'll be waiting for EVERYONE to post their actions before I process the round. This keeps the back-and-forth to a minimum, and should a target die, then I'll pass the attack on to the next one. If there's something curious, then I'll contact the player directly for updates.
Lesson time!
Tolr'ax & Jamros, for an attack roll, you roll the dice + proficiency (if you're proficiency with the weapon you're using) + appropriate ability modifier (and whatever other effects you might have, such as Rage). This looks good from you guys. Strength for most melee - unless a finesse weapon - and Dex for most ranged.
When you roll damage, however, you roll the die appropriate for that weapon + ability modifier (and whatever other effect, etc). You do NOT add proficiency to damage dealt. The proficiency is in hitting the enemy, not how hard you hit them.
In some situations, I'll make adjustments to the rolls as needed as you guys aren't aware of certain things until the action has been taken. It happens, no big deal, and I'll explain as I do it so you - and your character! - are aware. In some cases I'll even call for a Perception roll or whatnot to determine if your character notices.
But for now, we await our fellow combatants!
