I've been trying to look over some of your characters' unique stuffs, so that I can build some of it into the game. Make it a bit more 3-dimensional rather than a hack-n-slash party.

For example, Eiznof has a box from his mother with an emblem of his goddess on it. He's never been able to open it.

This came to mind:

Question.... if I fire bolt will it start on fire?? Cause if Tolr'ax is going to grapple it that may not be a good idea

Yes. Notice that in the right with the ants, some actions were directed at ants that, upon your turn, were already dead. So I moved your action, logically, to the next available target. However, I'm never going to simply throw folks into damage without giving them the option to alter course.

So you guys did a combined 24 damage to this creature.

The monk missed his attacks, the barbarian grappled the thing, and it resisted the cleric's spell.

I still don't understand the grapple, but... sure.
