Edwin looks at Zylo. "Get some rest and we will start the mission after."
After a short rest, everyone gets geared up and ready.
Edwin goes over the mission plans briefly. "Remember, Raakz and Gordy are going up to the roof, Zylo, Ragnar, and Ordrak are going in the front door in disguise. Katrina will be inside posing as a caterer. We are stealing stuff. Raakz has the fake evidence to plant and frame the Mayor." He looks at each one of you in the eye. "Ragnar, Ordrak, and Zylo are to create a distraction. The guards will likely try and escort you out, they are there to maintain a friendly environment for the guests, doubt they will attack trying to kill. Also, you won't be able to get any weapons in. Katrina will have some small weapons smuggled in if things get hairy." He sighs heavily. "Lets do this."
With everyone in their disguises and gear hidden away. The party arrives at the manor.

"Alright, so real quick before we get this thing going, can we run over the plan one more time? I dont want to mess it up" Ragnar says real seriously to everyone, "I just dont want our plans to fall apart if we can avoid it."

"Lethal force only if necessary." Edwin says with a stern look on his face. "But try not to kill anyone. You are only a distraction, make some noise, get people staring at you. Get the guards' attention. That is your job." He points to Ordrak and Zylo. "Also your job."
Edwin points to himself, Raakz, and Gordy. "Our job is to actually get in and steal stuff and plant evidence, and Katrina's job is to smuggle in supplies IF you need it."
The carriage pulls near the manor. "Raakz, Gordy, and I should probably exit here and sneak to the back. You three pull up and act fancy. Ragnar, your noble name is Nunar. Zylo, your noble name is Romak. Ordrak, your fancy noble name is Arcaes, and you are the one invited to this thing. You are a noble from the mainland, from what we understand Arcaes is a noble merchant who was invited to start a trade route. You two, if anyone asks, give your name and say you are Arcaes' entourage, then act like it is an outrage that no one has heard of you. That's what a rich prick would do." He chuckles to himself as the carriage comes to a stop. "Time to go."

"Let's get it going Romak, our noble lord needs his entourage jerk buddies" he says jokingly elbowing Zylo
Ragnar hops down from the carriage and looks to the front door, stops, and turns back to his dragonborn friend "AfTeT YoU My NoBlE LoRd ArCaEs!" he says to Ord with an overly sarcastic tone and bow.
He holds the bow in anticipation of Ord passing in front of him.

As Ragnar gets out of the carriage, he realizes that they are still a ways from the manor. Edwin gets out of the carriage and looks at him. "Your stop is the next one. Come on Gordy and Raakz, lets go."

Raakz and Gordy bail out as soon as there's a blindspot in the road where they can skirt the estates in some foliage. They weren't going to the party, so they were still fully armed.
"Hey Raakz, think we could maybe get a souvenir?" He shifts and scratches the back of his head. "Ya know, for little people?"
"You bet, Gordy! And away we go!"

Being ever so stealthy, the three little men made their way to the West side of the manor. They make it there without any issue.
Once those three left, the other three continue to the party.
The carriage pulls up, to the entrance, a valet opens the door and sets down a set of wooden stairs to help them get out of the carriage, then gestures for the faux nobles to get out.
The valet was dressed in velvet and sink. The manor was opulent. Intricate dwarvish designs were carved into the stone and it was a sight that the three of them had only seen in passing. They could see the large fountain that was as intricate and opulent as the manor, dwarvish. The gazebo had designs carved into the wood, clearly Elvish made.
"Lady Luvon Norfina welcomes you to her manor. Please give your invitations to the doorman." The valet says in a matter-of-fact tone.

I'm Arcaes, you're Nunar (points to Ragnar), and you're Romak (points to Zylo). I'm the merchant setting up a trade deal and both of you are my entourage. I should at least be on the guest list.

Raakz and Gordy appraise the building for the necessary details - windows, railings, roofing, guards, cover, so on, so forth. They ready their climbing gear.

The three stooges make their way to the front door. A human man is standing at the door with two guards at either side. He is average built and wearing servant's clothing with a thin mustache and no beard. "Invitations please." He says in a low monotone voice. He extends his white gloved hand.
Raakz, Gordy, and Edwin come upon a wrought iron fence the stands 5 feet away from the manor at the closest, and 30 feet at the furthest.
There are slight awnings over the windows. There are two round towers at each corner of the building, there are what looks to be windows that face west on each floor of the towers (3 in all). There are larger windows at the back near the ballroom. Between the towers, there are windows on the first floor, but none on the second or third. Small (6" out) awnings top each of the windows, presumably to let the water flow off them. No shrubbery around the building. The group does not see any guards on this side of the building, but there is a worn down trail in the grass next to the building. The roof has a slight overhang along the entire building, 12" sticking out. No rails can be seen on the building.

Raakz will watch and time the paths of the guards. He was in no great hurry, after all. Gordy would play shield-hammer-fireball with Edwin. The loser would be the first up the rope.

"Wow, these guys really are asking for it," Raakz observes while he casually walks up to the mansion's walls and begins readying their gear for ascent. "Alright, Gordy, just like Grandpa taught ya!" Gordy ties the rope around himself like a big belt. Raakz cups his hands to give Gordy a boost, though the Quickling probably doesn't really need it. "One, two, three!" Raakz lifts as Gordy pushes up into a somersault jump to find footing and climb the wall. (+8 acrobatics; with Advantage [Help Action] from Raakz?)

Raakz clearly notices a locking mechanism on the door, but one that he was unfamiliar with. [Nat 1 Investigation]
As Gordy looked at the vents, he figured he was small enough to fit in them, but to where they lead, he did not know. They let out a warm air and a pleasant smell.
